Introduction to our horsefarm 

The headquarters of the horsefarm are in Saudarkrokur. 

Sveinn Gudmundsson (senoir) started the breeding of horses around 1950. The first mare was Ragnars-Brunka 2719 and the stock of all our horses can be traced from her. 

Emphasis has been laid on breeding good-lookng, many-sided and willing horses with good temper. 

The owners (of the horse centrum) are: Sveinn Gudmundsson, (senior) Gudmundur Sveinsson and his wife Audur Steingrimsdottir. 

Their children are: Sveinn Gudmundsson jr, Anna Loa and Svala.

Saudarkrokur Horses specialises in: Breeding, breaking in, training and selling horses at every age.
